KeTech is selected by Siemens to deliver a fully integrated Passenger Information System on East Midlands Railway’s Class 360 fleet!

KeTech is thrilled to share that it has been chosen by Siemens Mobility for a high-profile UK rail project; implementation of a fully integrated Passenger Information System on East Midlands Railway Class 360 fleet. As part of a comprehensive refurbishment, this collaboration will revolutionise the travel experience for almost 600,000 passengers a year that already travel on this fleet.

Passengers can look forward to real-time, contextually relevant journey information, enhancing their overall travel experience – even during disruption. KeTech is delivering cutting-edge software that manages all aspects of customer information delivery throughout the trains, in a completely joined-up manner – including via four large information screens per coach, integrated automated PA system and new colour HD ceiling displays.

KeTech being selected for this project underscores its expertise in on-train systems integration, including Siemens’ new train IT architecture – which is also being delivered on this fleet. Siemens and EMR will benefit from KeTech’s forward-thinking Passenger Information System, unwavering commitment to cyber security, and track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time.

Stay tuned for an unparalleled passenger experience on EMR Connect services, operated by the Class 360 fleet!
