KeTech is looking for enthusiastic Software Support Engineers to join our growing team, supporting cutting-edge information systems in the rail industry. You’ll work within a small, collaborative team focused on delivering simple, robust solutions that meet real user needs. In this role, you’ll provide technical support to customers using KeTech systems, manage and track support calls, prioritise and escalate issues, and deliver effective solutions to resolve system faults.
