Gavin Chadwick
Gavin is a member of the YFM, Equity Partners portfolio team in Manchester. He is responsible for overseeing investments in a number of businesses across the north of England and is a non-executive Director at KeTech.
Gavin has worked in both portfolio management and has spent 10 years in industry holding senior leadership positions in Finance, HR, Sales, Logistics, IT and Operations in various sectors across Europe. Gavin originally qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young.
Responsibilities
As Non-Executive Director, Gavin provides an independent view on the running of KeTech, governance and boardroom best practice. He oversees and constructively challenges management in their implementation of strategy within the Group’s system of governance and the risk appetite set by the Board.
Gavin brings a wealth of experience to KeTech having been responsible for a large portfolio of UK companies, providing strategic support across all core business functions throughout his career.
