As KeTech’s operations director, Sue is interested in understanding the big picture of the organisation. Sue leads cross-collaboration between our purchasing, engineering, and project management teams, implementing strategies to shape the seamless flow of progression and delivery of projects.
Before joining KeTech, Sue spent more than a decade working in Project Management in Aerospace and Defence where she was responsible for delivering mission and safety critical software projects to high profile global corporations. Sue joined KeTech in 2013 and has been providing operational and delivery excellence for the last 10 years.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sue on a long walk in the countryside with her puppy, Willow.
Responsibilities
As KeTech’s Operations Director, Sue is focused on safeguarding and augmenting the efficiency of KeTech’s operations to facilitate its development and long-term success.
Sue has been instrumental in KeTech’s success through managing the delivery of high profile real-time and dynamic information systems, including the prestigious DOO project for Crossrail.
